Resources For The Workplace
Community, connection and support are critical to addressing mental health challenges, and everyone should have access to the resources, relationships and care they need to navigate life’s difficulties without feeling isolated. And this includes in the workplace.
Mental health issues — particularly those leading to suicide — rarely stem from a singular cause, but arise from a combination of interconnected elements, including occupational factors. So, it’s important to understand the signs and symptoms of suicide and poor mental health, how to support those struggling and other resources you can provide in the workplace.
