STORY
At 15 years old, founder Emma White struggled with suicidal depression due to bullying at school and harassment online.
Ten years later, after overcoming her struggles and seeing the rise in suicide and depression in teenagers and young adults, she knew she needed to use her story for good.
LifeIsWorthIt.Org launched in 2020 to help break down the stigmas surrounding mental health and provide resources for those struggling with the campaign #ItsNotOKbutItWillBe.
